Zulma Checchi | From Local Classes to Online Community

About the brand

Instituto Zulma Checchi offers pastry courses in Rosario, Argentina. When the pandemic hit, they had to move from in person classes to a fully online model to keep their community engaged and maintain revenue.

Strategy

I designed and executed an integrated digital strategy combining educational content, branding, and new digital channels to transform their offline experience into an online community.

What I did

Built a custom website with an e-commerce system to sell online courses directly.
Unifying the Instagram page with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
Created reels using short clips from online classes to reach a wider audience organically.
Managed and repurposed content for their YouTube channel to expand their reach beyond Instagram.

Highlights & Results

Grew Instagram community to over 15,000 followers.
Reels reached peaks of 200,000+ organic views.
Optimized YouTube channel, nearly ready for monetization with no ads needed.
When in person classes returned, they sold out within days.
The brand became one of the top pastry course providers in Rosario.

Connectar Idiomas | Educational Reels That Went Viral

About the brand

Connectar Idiomas is an online English and Spanish language academy. When I joined, Cori (the founder) was eager to share her expertise on social media but struggled to find a consistent way to do it.

Strategy

We designed an educational video content strategy focused on Reels, short form video to grow organically. With consistent posting and clear, engaging explanations, we turned her knowledge into viral content.

What I did

Created a content plan centered on educational Reels.
Helped define the visual identity and messaging style.
Guided Cori on how to record and present short lessons clearly and naturally.
Managed publishing and community interaction to build trust with the audience.

Highlights & Results

Account grew from a few hundred to thousand followers in just a few days.
Multiple Reels went viral, expanding reach beyond the local audience.
Positioned Connectar Idiomas as a trusted source for online language learning.
Cori felt empowered to keep creating content consistently even after my support ended.

Chinga Tu Taco | Authentic Voice & Targeted Ads

About the brand

Chinga Tu Taco was a Mexican street food restaurant based in Peru. During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, they faced the challenge of keeping their business alive while their physical locations remained closed.

Strategy

Working alongside a team of Peruvian creatives, I focused on writing authentic copy and running targeted digital ads to boost delivery orders and maintain brand visibility during lockdown.

What I did

Developed a Mexican inspired brand voice that resonated with Peruvian audiences,  even when I’m Argentinian.
Wrote engaging copy for social media posts, ads and promotional campaigns.
Managed paid advertising to reach nearby neighborhoods and convert local audiences into loyal delivery customers.
Contributed to aligning the brand’s visual and verbal identity for a cohesive look & feel.

Highlights & Results

Delivery orders increased during lockdown thanks to clear messaging and local ads.
Built a recognizable, fun brand voice that stood out in a competitive market.

Fiesta de Disfraces | Sold Out Events & Engaged Community

About the brand

Fiesta de Disfraces Roldán was an annual themed costume party held in a city near Rosario, Argentina. I managed their social media for the 2018 and 2019 editions, focusing on boosting regional visibility and driving ticket sales.

Strategy

Working closely with the brand’s designer, I planned engaging content, wrote catchy posts, and moderated the audience daily to build hype and community interaction leading up to each event.

What I did

Created and scheduled content to showcase the party’s theme and atmosphere.
Developed fun, energetic copy to get people excited to buy tickets and attend.
Actively moderated the audience, replied to every message, answered questions, and kept interaction lively on stories and posts.
Coordinated announcements and last minute updates to maintain momentum right until event day.

Highlights & Results

Both editions sold out.
Increased social media following and engagement significantly.
Built strong recognition for the event beyond the local city, attracting attendees from the whole region.
Became the trusted voice of the event, keeping fans informed and entertained.

My favorite part

Being the voice behind such a massive local event and feeling the audience’s excitement and energy every day.
